Agile Jumps the Shark

This article was a write up of a private discussion at the retreat of how agile has been bastardised by some big consulting companies and an exploration of possible solutions.

The discussions were held under Chatham House Rules. The authors were aware that the language was undiplomatic, the criticisms were sharp and the assumptions needed testing.

The authors decided to seek feedback from a number of agile coaches and consultants on the condition that the article not be shared. Unfortunately the article was posted to a public forum without the authors’ knowledge.
